About the Role
You will work on Intelligence projects to support the Head of Intelligence and other business pods at
Impacteers—including Skill Development, Staffing & Recruitment, Recruitment Tools, and Marketing.
Your primary focus will be to track external market movements, competitor strategies, and industry
trends. The intelligence you generate will drive go-to-market plans, positioning strategies, and
opportunity identification, ensuring each pod operates with sharper insights and stronger execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Intelligence
a. Track EdTech, HRTech, career-development, and recruitment industry trends.
b. Monitor market shifts in offerings, pricing, partnerships, and emerging opportunities.
c. Provide structured insights that guide positioning and GTM decisions.
2. Competitive Analysis
a. Benchmark competitor platforms, products, tools, and services.
b. Analyze differentiators across product features, engagement models, and monetization
strategies.
c. Create ongoing competitor trackers for leadership and business pods.
3. Strategic Recommendations
a. Translate intelligence into clear opportunity/risk briefs for Skill, Staffing & Recruitment,
Marketing, and Recruitment Tools pods.
b. Support leadership in identifying whitespace opportunities and business risks.
c. Contribute insights into pricing, partnerships, and product roadmaps.
4. Cross-Pod Support
a. Act as an intelligence partner to business pods, delivering actionable insights tailored to
their needs.
b. Provide research-backed inputs to skill development programs, recruitment models, and
marketing campaigns.
5. Reporting & Insights
a. Prepare concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
b. Deliver periodic intelligence updates to stakeholders across functions.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in market research, competitive intelligence, analysis methods, and strategy
development.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Clear business writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to synthesize unstructured information into actionable insights.
- Stakeholder communication and cross-functional alignment.
- Self-starter attitude with a bias for insights that drive execution.
- Flexibility in work timings and the ability to handle outcome-based projects with accountability
for delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
- 3+ years of experience in market intelligence, strategy, or competitive analysis.
- Prior exposure to EdTech, HRTech, SaaS, or career development platforms preferred.
