Digital Marketing Executive – EIP AdvertisingJob Summary:

EIP Advertising is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to enhance our online presence and drive results-oriented digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and skilled in digital marketing strategies, social media management, SEO, and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Optimize website content for SEO and SEM to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.
  • Manage and monitor social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), creating engaging content and analyzing performance.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to generate leads and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality blog posts, website content, and ad copy.
  • Analyze data and prepare performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tracking tools.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and apply innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and automation for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and improve website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates through A/B testing and performance analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an advertising or media agency.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools.
  • Creative thinking with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
