**Job Title**: Marketing Executive

**Reports to**: Marketing Manager/Director

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Analyze competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and oversee advertising campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content and advertisements.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- **Brand Management**:

- Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
- Develop and manage content for the company’s website and social media platforms.
- **Client Relations**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor marketing strategies to meet their objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on campaign performance.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners for successful event execution.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
- Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize future marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
