Based in Kanpur, we specialize in high-quality, sustainable plastic solutions and serve clients across India. We are expanding our domestic sales team to further grow our market reach.
- **Key Responsibilities:

- **

Generate and manage leads for plastic raw materials within India.
- Sell products such as HDPE, LDPE, PVC, PET, ABS to domestic clients.
- Recommend suitable materials based on customer needs.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Keep CRM/Excel sheets updated with customer records.
- Work with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, purchase) to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

**Qualifications & Education (Plastic-related is required):

- **
- Diploma or B.Tech in Plastic Engineering, Polymer Science, or Materials Science

**Experience:

- **
- 1-3 years in domestic sales of plastic raw materials
- Experience in B2B sales, trading, or manufacturing sales is a plus

**Skills:

- **
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in technical product discussions
- Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools
- Goal-oriented, organized, and motivated personality
