Role: Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive revenue generation for payroll outsourcing services across diverse industry verticals.
  • Lead enterprise sales initiatives, grow the regional customer base, and close high-value contracts with mid-to-large organizations.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders in HR and Finance.
  • Conduct consultative sales engagements, including tailored pitches, solution demonstrations, and ROI-based business cases.
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales process covering lead generation, opportunity qualification, solution alignment, and client onboarding.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track pipeline, forecast revenue, and monitor sales performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams-including product, implementation, and leadership-to align market strategy and improve service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of sales enablement tools, playbooks, and training frameworks to support team success.

Key Skills:

  • 6+ years of successful enterprise/B2B sales experience specifically within payroll outsourcing services.
  • Deep understanding of payroll compliance, operations, and managed service models.
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on customer needs and tailored payroll solutions.
