Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage our projects from initiation to delivery.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation, excellent leadership skills, and proven expertise in managing complex software projects using Agile methodologies, along with exposure to AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver large-scale web and mobile applications, AI-integrated solutions, and enterprise systems.
  • Work closely with overseas clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely project delivery.
  • Drive solution design, project estimation, and budgeting activities.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile project management practices and continuous improvement in delivery processes.
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Provide technical and strategic direction to engineering teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer Science / IT / related field).
  • Prior software development experience is mandatory.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proven ability to manage global clients and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI technologies or projects (such as ML integration, AI automation, or data-driven systems).
  • Expertise in solution design, technical documentation, and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
