About the Role

We are looking for a
Technical Project Manager
to lead and manage the
short-term, non-technical projects
and support client engagements from proposal to delivery. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and leadership — ensuring project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.

This role blends
project management, operations, and client communication
— ideal for someone who can manage multiple assignments and drive outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee
    short-term and non-technical projects
    from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate between
    clients, internal technical and support teams
    , and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare, review, and manage
    technical proposals, and project plans
    for client submissions.
  • Track project milestones, delivery schedules, and operational activities using standard PM tools.
  • Support
    operations, reporting, and resource allocation
    to align with project needs.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure clarity on timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to keep delivery on track.
  • Assist management in
    business operations, process improvements, and performance reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in
    project coordination, operations, or client delivery management
    (preferably in a service-based or consulting environment).
  • Strong understanding of
    project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
    .
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, or MS Project).
  • Ability to understand
    technical proposals
    and translate client requirements into actionable tasks.
