Overview
In this role, you will be supporting Sattva's international expansion efforts - specifically the development and implementation of Sattva's Africa market strategy. Through this process you will gain meaningful experience about the Global Development landscape, Business Strategy, as well as Knowledge led B2B Sales. . This is a unique opportunity to gain international experience, while developing core consulting skills.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Market Research and Analysis
• Engaging with research reports, publicly available data sets, academic publications to understand development trends and financing flows across target markets in Africa
• Undertaking secondary research to profile key customers across various target segments including Development Finance Institutions, Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds, Corporates, Philanthropic Foundations, and Civil Society Organizations
• Assist in interviews with regional/sectoral experts to validate secondary findings
• Assist in synthesising research findings and data into concise summaries, insight decks, and customer profiles
• Outreach and Engagement:
• Support with mapping of key personnel within target organizations
• Assist in preparing materials for outreach to key targets, including senior client leadership, experts and implementation partners.
• Support in drafting professional communications, official emails, and follow-ups to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Project Management and Operational Support
• Prepare clear meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and diligently track action items to ensure project momentum.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, and calls with prospective clients, partners and internal stakeholders
• Help maintain and organise project documentation, databases, and trackers.

Who We're Looking For

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's degree; B-school admit (ISB / Global Ivy / Top-tier MBA) waiting for intake.

• Core Skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Proficiency in French and/or Arabic is an advantage.
• Previous Africa experience is an advantage
