Social Media Content Creator (Female Only)

Full Job Description – Fashion World Garments Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for a creative and fashion-forward Content Creator & Social Media Manager to represent and grow the online presence of Fashion World Garments Pvt. Ltd., a leading brand in women's ethnic and fusion wear.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fashion trends, Instagram Reels, UGC-style content, Meta Ads creatives, and influencer collaborations, with a natural flair for styling and presenting women's apparel.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Candidate must be comfortable facing the camera to shoot Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other video content.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit Reels, Stories, Photoshoots, and Campaign Videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Create engaging UGC-style videos, outfit styling content, try-on hauls, lookbooks, and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Write captivating captions, hooks, and ad copies aligned with the brand's voice and tone.
  • Coordinate with photographers, models, and in-house teams for campaigns.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, Facebook,, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for festive collections, new launches, and promotions.
  • Engage with the online community by replying to comments, DMs, and tagged posts.
  • Monitor analytics (CTR, engagement, reach, follower growth) and suggest improvements.

Campaigns & Collaborations

  • Work with the marketing team to create high-performing ad creatives for Meta Ads.
  • Identify and manage influencers & fashion creators for collaborations.
  • Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for new collection launches and festive campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in fashion / e-commerce content creation or social media management (preferably in ethnic or women's wear).
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels trends, Meta Ads creatives, and UGC-style content.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Understanding of fashion styling, draping, and women's clothing aesthetics.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
