We are looking for

Sr. Executive - Purchase

at one of our locations inOne Mobility Group in Asia India, ( Pune Lonikand)

Scheduling / Planning:

• To ensure procurement of specified quality of material with competitive and reasonable prices of purchased items.
• To maintain list of approved sources (vendors), to complete purchase documents and to procure material from approved sources only.
• To negotiate the prices with the existing supplies periodically and finalize the prices in consultation with Superior.
• To introduce new and cost effective sources of procurement items and coordinate the trials and testing of such items through a CFT and maintain the documents for such a trials and testing.
• To coordinate with HOD QA for evaluating vendor / suppliers to improve their quality performance.
• To ensure timely release of Purchase Order with complete specs and certificates requirement of the items under PO, and to ensure timely delivery of material as per schedules mentioned in the PO
• To ensure that supplier deliver the material as per delivery schedule and accordingly, monitor the delivery performance vis-à-vis quality performance of the suppliers

• To ensure that suppliers payments are released and their commercial interest are taken care by the company

• Qualification:- Diploma/Degree

• To select suppliers & job-worker, negotiate the rates & deliveries and finalize the contract for all category items in consultation with user & QA where required

• If the item is a sub-part of the Product, then recommend the alternate and QA accepted source to Superior for obtaining proper clearance from Customer before its introduction.

• To stop procurement / cancel purchase orders if the quality of supplier is not conforming to requirements.
• To withhold the payment of the supplier in case of doubt in supplies and non-compliance of work to its satisfaction
• Total 5-6 Years of experience in Automotive Industry
