Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and managing end-to-end events, from ideation and budgeting to on-ground execution and post-event evaluation.

You'll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver impactful experiences that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end corporate and brand events, including conferences, product launches, seminars, and internal engagements.
  • Oversee vendor management, budgeting, logistics, and on-site coordination.
  • Develop detailed event proposals, timelines, and checklists to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with creative and communication teams for event branding, collateral, and messaging.
  • Manage post-event reporting, feedback collection, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure all events align with brand standards and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Maintain records of event expenditures, ROI, and engagement outcomes.
  • Handle unforeseen challenges during events with quick problem-solving and decision-making.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing corporate events or brand activations.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale, multi-stakeholder events independently.
  • Strong organisational, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with event management software such as Cvent (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong reporting and analytical abilities to track event metrics and performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
