We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, managing the marketing team, and driving brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth through multiple online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team across SEO, SEM, social media, content, and paid campaigns.
  • Drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement through multi-channel campaigns.
  • Bring creative ideas and innovative approaches to campaigns, branding, and content strategies.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to optimize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, content) to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep the company ahead of competitors.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 2+ years) in digital marketing, with at least 1+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing.
  • Expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign optimization and ROI analysis.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
