  • Debt Collection: Make outbound calls to customers to collect overdue payments for loans or services.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner to understand their reasons for non-payment and build rapport.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate and agree on repayment plans and terms with customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer issues and provide relevant information and solutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all call activities, customer interactions, and payment information in the CRM system.
  • Follow-up: Follow up with customers on previously agreed-upon payment plans.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, scripts, and legal guidelines throughout the collection process.
  • Reporting: Prepare and report on collection activities, status, and any challenges to the team lead or supervisor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
