We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven
Sustainability Analyst
with 2–3 years of experience in handling sustainability operations and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with
BRSR, GHG accounting, EcoVadis, and related frameworks
to support clients in meeting their ESG and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and filing of
    BRSR (Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reports)
    in alignment with SEBI guidelines.
  • Conduct
    GHG accounting and emissions analysis (Scope 1, 2, and 3)
    as per recognized standards (GHG Protocol, ISO, SBTi).
  • Manage sustainability assessments and audits including
    EcoVadis and other ESG rating agencies
    .
  • Assist in developing and implementing client-specific sustainability strategies, frameworks, and action plans.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze ESG-related data from cross-functional teams for reporting and compliance purposes.
  • Prepare sustainability dashboards, presentations, and reports for both internal and client stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of evolving sustainability standards, regulatory frameworks, and global reporting guidelines (GRI, CDP, TCFD, etc.).
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in
    Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related discipline
    .
  • 2–3 years of proven experience
    in sustainability operations, preferably with exposure to consulting or corporate ESG teams.
  • Strong knowledge of
    BRSR, GHG Protocol, EcoVadis, and ESG reporting standards
    .
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as
    GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP
    is a plus.
  • Excellent
    data management, analytical, and report-writing skills
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sustainability data tools/software
    .
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
