RSustain is hiring an
ESG Analyst
to join our growing sustainability practice. The role will focus on research, reporting, and analysis across ESG, carbon, and climate action projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ESG data collection, analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Support ESG reporting aligned with frameworks like GRI, BRSR, CDP, and SDGs.
  • Assist in carbon accounting, emissions verification, and sustainability assessments.
  • Develop presentations, dashboards, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG insights into business strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in ESG analysis, sustainability consulting, or environmental research.
  • Knowledge of ESG frameworks, disclosure requirements, and carbon reporting.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings.
