We are seeking enthusiastic Desktop Support Engineers (Freshers) to join our IT support team. Candidates should have interest in technology and a basic understanding of computer hardware, software and networking.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end users.
  • Assist in software installation, updates and basic troubleshooting.
  • Handle network connectivity issues, Wi-fi configuration and basic LAN support.
  • Resolve login issues, email setup and application support queries.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of hardware, software and networking concepts.
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment.

Eligibility:

  • Freshers can apply
  • Any degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT or related fields
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
