About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across various technologies and domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions — from understanding requirements to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, evaluate technical and cultural fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports on a regular basis.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential IT candidates for future requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs and recruitment priorities.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT skills, technologies, and hiring trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
  • Strong understanding of technical roles (Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.).
  • Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Foundit, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or recruitment CRMs.
  • Basic understanding of technical terminologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Prior experience in volume hiring or niche IT roles will be an added advantage.
