We're looking for an experienced
Flutter Developer
who can design and deliver high-performance, reliable, and scalable mobile applications used by a large and diverse user base. You'll collaborate closely with backend and product teams to build responsive, secure, and offline-first apps that handle real-time data and complex workflows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using
    Flutter
    and
    Dart
    .
  • Build modular, testable, and reusable code following
    clean architecture principles
    (BLoC / Riverpod / Provider / GetX).
  • Integrate and manage
    RESTful APIs
    ,
    WebSockets
    , and
    real-time event streams
    for seamless user experiences.
  • Implement
    secure local storage
    ,
    offline caching
    , and robust
    error-handling flows
    .
  • Ensure smooth
    app performance
    ,
    background tasks
    , and
    network-efficient
    data handling.
  • Collaborate with design and backend teams to ensure
    pixel-perfect UI
    and consistent UX across Android and iOS.
  • Use analytics and crash-reporting tools to continuously improve app stability and performance.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience
    in
    Flutter
    and
    Dart
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    state management patterns
    (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, or MobX).
  • Proficient in integrating
    secure APIs
    ,
    OAuth2
    , and
    token-based authentication
    .
  • Experience handling
    real-time data
    ,
    local databases (Hive/SQLite)
    , and
    background synchronization
    .
  • Solid grasp of
    clean architecture
    ,
    MVVM
    , and
    SOLID
    principles.
  • Familiarity with
    Firebase
    ,
    GraphQL
    , or

  • Strong debugging and profiling skills for both
    Android
    and
    iOS
    platforms.
  • Understanding of
    secure coding practices

    data validation
    .
