Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, a strong understanding of Dart programming, and an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Design and prototype UI/UX screens using Figma before implementation.
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues in Android and iOS applications.
  • Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure code quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Figma, and mobile development trends.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
  • Experience in building cross-platform mobile apps for Android and iOS.
  • Proficiency in Figma — ability to design, modify, or interpret UI/UX prototypes.
  • Familiarity with state management techniques (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and integration with backend systems.
  • Basic understanding of Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Storage).
  • Experience using Git/GitHub for version control.
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.

Good to Have (Optional):

  • Experience with UI/UX implementation and animations in Flutter.
  • Familiarity with app deployment on the Play Store and App Store.
  • Understanding of native integrations (Android/iOS).
  • Knowledge of push notifications and background tasks.
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and project tracking tools.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Compensation:

₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and project experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
