Preschool Admission Counsellor with Teaching Ability

LOCATION- Kidzee Preschool & Daycare D Block Sector 3 Greater Noida West

Job Summary

We seek an experienced and compassionate Preschool Admission Counsellor with teaching ability to guide families through our preschool admission process. The ideal candidate will provide personalized support, assess student needs, and facilitate smooth transitions into our educational community.

Key Responsibilities

1. Admission Counselling: Meet with prospective families to discuss their child's needs, answer questions, and provide information about our preschool programs.

2. Student Assessments: Conduct assessments to evaluate student readiness for preschool and recommend appropriate programs.

3. Program Information: Provide detailed information about our preschool curriculum, teaching methods, and facilities.

4. Application Support: Assist families with the admission process, including application forms, documentation, and payment.

5. Teaching Assistance: Assist preschool teachers with lesson planning, classroom activities, and student engagement (optional).

6. Communication: Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to ensure seamless communication and student progress.

7. Event Planning: Participate in open houses, tours, and other events to promote our preschool.

8. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of admission inquiries, applications, and student progress.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.

2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in preschool teaching, counselling, or admissions.

3. Certifications: NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or equivalent certification.

4. Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work with diverse families and age groups.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Familiarity with early childhood education principles.

- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

2. Experience in preschool administration or leadership.

3. Bilingual or multilingual skills.

Work Environment

1. Full-time position.

2. Monday-SATURDAY schedule (with occasional weekends).

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
