Job Title: Customer Support Diagnostics

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Diagnostics professional to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and providing exceptional support to both external customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 0.5 year of experience in diagnostics customer support or general customer support.
  • Freshers with a Life Sciences educational background and an interest in customer care are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Hindi language skills are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer queries via ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Laboratory, and other internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Provide support to external customers as well as internal teams to maintain satisfactory service levels.

Work Schedule:

  • Rotational shifts are applicable to all employees (No night shifts).

  • Shift options:

  • 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

  • 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM

  • 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

  • Rotational weekly off; no fixed weekends off

  • Six working days per week.

Compensation:

  • Cost to Company (CTC) up to 2.4 Lakhs per annum.
  • Take-home salary approximately 16,000 per month (full salary 20,000).
