Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Business Development, located in Karur. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing business plans, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing key accounts. This role involves strategic planning and collaboration with internal teams to drive company growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Planning and developing strategic plans
  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Account Management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in the industry is a plus
