Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:


• Achieve assigned sales and business targets through IPPB branches.


• Drive insurance penetration among IPPB customers through effective lead generation and conversion.


• Conduct customer meets, campaigns, and business activities at post offices and IPPB touchpoints.

  1. Relationship Management:


• Build and maintain strong working relationships with IPPB staff, Branch Heads, and field executives.


• Motivate and train IPPB employees on Bajaj Allianz Life products and sales processes.


• Ensure smooth coordination between Bajaj Allianz Life and IPPB teams.

  1. Training & Support:


• Conduct regular product and process training sessions for IPPB staff.


• Provide on-field support for business generation and customer service.

  1. Customer Service:


• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issuance, servicing, and grievance redressal.


• Maintain high service standards and compliance in all customer interactions.

  1. Reporting & Compliance:


• Maintain MIS reports, track daily/weekly performance, and share updates with leadership.


• Adhere strictly to company and regulatory compliance guidelines.
