About the position  

Location: Bengaluru

he Application & Data Manager plays a key role in managing workplace applications and ensuring data integrity across systems. This role involves administering the Workplace app, coordinating with vendors for system upgrades and SLA compliance, and analyzing data to support business decisions. The manager will also create dashboards and reports, maintain high-quality datasets through validation and cleansing, and support user onboarding and training. Strong technical proficiency, communication skills, and experience in managing multiple priorities are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role? 

• Application Oversight & Vendor Management
  Manage and administer the Workplace app and portal, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with external vendors to ensure SLA compliance and system upgrades.

• Data Analysis & Reporting
  Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources; create accurate dashboards and reports to support business decisions. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint are essential.

• System Integration & Technical Coordination
  Work with internal IT and vendors to configure systems and integrate the Workplace app with other platforms. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Systems is required.

• Process Optimization & Data Quality
  Support data validation, cleansing, and enrichment to maintain high-quality datasets. Apply process improvement techniques to enhance operational efficiency.

• User Enablement & Communication
  Assist in onboarding and training users, develop documentation, and communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors. Must have 6–9 years of relevant experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
