Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative located in Medavakkam, Chennai. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients. Day-to-day tasks will include reaching out to prospects, conducting sales presentations, and providing insights into Centaur Digital's solutions. The role also involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support sales strategies and achieve growth targets.
About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth in the US market. This role requires hands-on experience in B2B SaaS prospecting, US cold calling, and lead qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate qualified leads in the US market through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Execute high-volume daily outbound calls to connect with decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Create interest in SaaS solutions by understanding customer pain points and positioning value.
- Schedule and qualify meetings for Account Executives, ensuring smooth handovers.
- Research target accounts and maintain accurate activity records in CRM.
- Consistently achieve or exceed KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked).
Required Skills & Experience
- 1 to 4 years of SDR/BDR experience with at least 1 year in B2B SaaS targeting the US market.
- Strong track record in cold calling with confidence in handling objections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales tools (HubSpot, Outreach,
, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). - Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
