Telesales Representative-Female

Job Overview

This is a full-time, sales-focused position where the candidate will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, converting leads, and providing excellent customer service—all from within the office. The environment is target-driven and suitable for candidates with a sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage potential customers through phone, email, and in-person if required.​
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable products or services.
• Maintain and manage customer data in CRM and sales logs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.​
• Follow up on sales leads and inquiries, ensuring timely closure.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales activities and achievements.
• Provide post-sales support and assistance as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum qualification: Diploma/Degree; Prior sales experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good telephonic and interpersonal skills.​

Compensation and Benefits

• For experienced candidates, higher salary may be offered, depending on previous salary and sales achievements.
• Incentives available based on performance.
