Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and explain company products (CCTV, laptops, printers, IT solutions, etc.) to generate interest.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed leads and sales.
- Maintain customer database and update call details regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow up with potential clients for order closures.
- Work closely with the field sales and marketing teams.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Confidence in handling outbound calls.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
