Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Female Telecalling Sales Executive to handle outbound calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales. The role involves speaking to customers, understanding their needs, and providing the best sales solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Explain product details, features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain daily call reports and update customer information.
  • Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support conversions.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills in Tamil (English added advantage).
  • Strong convincing and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work with targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Pleasant and confident voice.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: 10th/12th/Any Degree
  • Experience: Fresher or experienced (Telecalling/Customer Care preferred)
  • Only Female candidates preferred
  • Age:20–25years
