Sales Executive
to join our team and help us build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct meetings, product presentations, and sales pitches to potential customers.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and follow-up strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Basic understanding of CRM software and sales tracking tools (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
