Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in alcohol technology and a deep understanding of the alcoholic beverage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and leveraging technical knowledge to support product and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international alcohol markets (e.g., spirits, beer, wine).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, contract manufacturers, and partners.
Work closely with production, R&D, and marketing teams to align technical product capabilities with market needs.
Lead negotiations and close deals with commercial partners and clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and identify trends.
Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the brand and generate leads.
Provide technical support during client discussions and presentations, especially on product formulation, compliance, and manufacturing processes.
Ensure all business activities adhere to alcohol industry regulations and licensing requirements.

Key Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within the alcohol/beverage industry/Distillery industry .
Academic background in Alcohol Technology, Brewing, Distillation, or related scientific disciplines.
Proven track record of expanding business in the spirits, beer, or wine segments.
Strong knowledge of fermentation, distillation, and bottling processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel as required for business development activities.

Pay: ₹30, ₹70,000.00 per month
