About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Salesforce Developer
with 5–7 years of experience to join our team in
Hyderabad
. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce development, especially in
Sales Cloud
,
Service Cloud
, and integrations with enterprise systems such as
SAP
and
Oracle
. The role focuses on building scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions tailored for the
real estate domain
.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce applications, automating business processes, integrating with third-party systems, and ensuring best practices in deployment and security. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical professional to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using
    Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    ,
    Apex
    ,
    Visualforce
    ,
    Flows
    , and other declarative automation tools.
  • Build and maintain robust integrations using
    REST/SOAP APIs
    , middleware platforms, and connectors with systems like
    SAP
    ,
    Oracle
    , and third-party applications.
  • Implement business logic and automation through
    workflows
    ,
    process builders
    , and
    triggers
    to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand real estate-specific requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure high code quality through
    unit testing
    ,
    documentation
    , and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Manage deployments using
    CI/CD pipelines
    ,
    Salesforce DX
    , and version control tools such as
    Git
    .
  • Implement and maintain
    security protocols
    , including setting up
    Profiles
    ,
    Roles
    ,
    Permission Sets
    , and other access controls to safeguard data.
  • Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and improve Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs.
  • Work closely with architects, analysts, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and high availability of systems.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience
    , with strong proficiency in
    Apex
    ,
    LWC
    ,
    Visualforce
    ,
    SOQL
    , and
    SOSL
    .
  • Hands-on experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using
    REST/SOAP APIs
    and middleware solutions.
  • Expertise in
    Sales Cloud
    and
    Service Cloud
    , with the ability to configure and customize Salesforce platforms to meet business goals.
  • Strong understanding of
    automation tools
    like
    Flows
    ,
    Workflows
    , and
    Triggers
    to enhance processes.
  • Practical experience in
    CI/CD processes
    , using
    Salesforce DX
    ,
    Git
    , and deployment tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
    security features
    , including
    Profiles
    ,
    Roles
    , and
    Permission Sets
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize code for performance and scalability.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, communicate effectively, and collaborate across teams.
  • Real estate domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Engineering
    , or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
    , preferably in the
    real estate domain
    .
  • Salesforce certifications such as
    Developer I & II
    ,
    Sales Cloud
    , or
    Service Cloud
    are highly desirable.
