Company Description

Arthtattva is an indirect tax consultancy firm based in Bengaluru, providing expert professional advisory services in GST and Indirect Taxation (IDT). Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Company Secretary / CS Executive
. The role involves handling ROC and corporate secretarial compliances, supporting the Board of Directors, and ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. Candidates who are
CS dropouts with relevant ROC experience
are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independent handling of ROC matters, including regular filings, board resolutions, notices, and statutory compliances for Private and Public Companies
  • Preparation of agendas and documents for Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
  • Convening and servicing Board Meetings and AGMs, recording minutes, drafting resolutions, and following up on action points
  • Filing statutory forms, returns, and documents with the MCA and other authorities
  • Maintenance of statutory registers and records, including registers of members, directors, and key managerial personnel
  • Incorporation of Companies and LLPs
  • Strike-off of Companies and LLPs
  • Conversion of Company into LLP

Qualifications & Skills

  • CS dropout with minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ROC matters / Assistant CS role
  • Strong working knowledge of MCA portal and Companies Act compliances
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Good communication and drafting skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
