Role Overview

We are seeking a 
Senior Construction Engineer
 to oversee the execution of our villa projects. The ideal candidate will bring
deep technical expertise
, a strong eye for
quality standards
, and the ability to
drive site teams and contractors
towards timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee
    end-to-end site execution
    for villa and apartment projects.
  • Ensure compliance with
    quality, safety, and environmental standards
    .
  • Review structural drawings, BOQs, and ensure accurate implementation.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site engineers.
  • Implement and enforce
    quality protocols
    for masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, plumbing, and finishing works.
  • Drive
    digital reporting
    via Powerplay & Zoho Projects (daily updates, checklists, quality audits).
  • Monitor project timelines, costs, and resource allocation.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and supervisors.
  • Report directly to the
    Project Manager/Director
    on progress and any challenges encountered.

Required Skills & Experience

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
    (M.Tech preferred).
  • 7–12 years
    of proven experience in residential/villa construction.
  • Strong knowledge of
    IS codes, quality control, and modern construction techniques
    .
  • Familiarity with
    digital tools (PowerPlay, Zoho, MS Project, AutoCAD)
    .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and contractor management skills.
  • Ability to solve on-site challenges proactively.
