Job Title: Site Engineer – Real Estate

Location: Coimbatore

Department: Projects / Construction

Reports To: Project Manager / Senior Engineer

Job Summary:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at real estate project sites. The role includes managing on-site execution, ensuring quality control, monitoring progress, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring that work is completed as per design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.

Ensure that construction work adheres to approved drawings, design specifications, and safety standards.

Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to the Project Manager.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues.

Conduct inspections and ensure quality assurance for all civil, structural, and finishing works.

Prepare and maintain daily site reports, labor reports, and material usage logs.

Ensure timely availability of materials, machinery, and manpower.

Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with work schedules.

Verify and certify contractors' bills and site measurements.

Implement and monitor safety protocols at the site.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

2–5 years of experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and strong leadership qualities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
