Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site construction activities, manage project schedules, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and coordinate effectively between design, procurement, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day construction site operations and ensure work progress as per schedule.
  • Manage contractors, labor, and materials efficiently to achieve timelines and quality goals.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and assist in project documentation.
  • Conduct quality checks on construction work, materials, and safety measures.
  • Liaise with architects, structural consultants, and subcontractors for coordination and issue resolution.
  • Monitor site expenses and ensure cost control against project budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with design standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with strong experience may also apply).
  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in residential/commercial construction.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project (or equivalent scheduling software), and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and standards.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in villa or layout development projects.
  • Understanding of quantity estimation, billing, and BOQ preparation.
  • Familiarity with sustainable and modern building practices.
