What you'll do

  • Build flagship schools that showcase excellence and act as teacher training centers.
  • Design teacher development systems and peer-learning structures that actually stick.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality pedagogy across schools, balancing CBSE alignment with progressive practices.
  • Scale without losing academic depth or quality.

What you need

  • 15-20 years in education, with deep experience in curriculum design, teacher training, and academic leadership.
  • A strong track record of building academic systems across 10+ schools.
  • Comfort working across both premium and resource-constrained schools.
