  • Student Support and Advising: Provides guidance to students on academic requirements, course selection, and program progression, as well as addressing their behavioral or academic issues.
  • Faculty and Staff Support: Acts as a link between faculty, students, and administrators, provides feedback on lesson plans, and supports staff in professional development.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manages student records, prepares reports, maintains academic systems, and ensures compliance with educational policies.
  • Operational Oversight: Coordinates and organizes academic events, monitors teaching quality, and ensures the overall smooth functioning of academic operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in education or a related field is often required.
  • Experience: Experience in academic administration, teaching, or coordination is valuable.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for managing complex schedules and multiple tasks.
