Location: H - 1565, LGF, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi

Time: 12 pm - 9:30 pm

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Salary: Up to 35k

Role Overview:

We are looking for the candidates (fresher or experienced) who are friendly, good communicators, and passionate about helping people. As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment journey and ensuring they have a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Help patients with appointments, registrations, and follow-ups.

  2. Explain treatment options and processes in simple terms.

  3. Coordinate between patients, doctors, and hospital staff.

  4. Answer patient queries and provide timely updates.

  5. Maintain records and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Fresh graduates (any stream can apply).

  2. Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

  3. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails).

  4. Friendly personality and willingness to help people.

  5. Ability to handle calls and explain details clearly.

  6. Fluency in English and Hindi.

Other Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their non-surgical, surgical, and post-surgical journey.

  2. Guide patients and their families in understanding treatment procedures, hospital processes, and post-operative care.

  3. Connect patients with surgeons, nurses, physiotherapists, and support services as needed.

  4. Support doctors and hospital staff by streamlining communication between the care team and patients.

  5. Educate patients about minimally invasive and computer-assisted procedures, supporting their informed decision-making.
