As an Associate, you will be a part of the client -facing team. Your role would require you to lead multiple project work streams. You would also be required to actively contribute to internal organizational and business development initiatives. This role requires you to travel to client locations (Saudi Arabia & UAE) on need basis only. If travel is required, it can be up to 2 -3 weeks/ month.Requirements Expectations Build rapport with client team members & help client in defining strategic direction of their organizationAbility to take project ownership and manage difficult client situationsAbility to deliver impactful presentations/ workshopsLead multiple project work streams independentlyDeliver client ready documents containing robust and implementable solutionsCritically evaluate, review and enrich the level of recommendations of the team as a wholeFlexible with working/leading assignments in domain areas(functions/ industries) out of comfort zoneGuide/ help colleagues on their project/ organizational initiativesWilling to groom analysts and actively support them as requiredActively contribute to preparation of business proposals and conceptualization of internal initiativesComfortable travelling and staying in Saudi Arabia and UAE up to 2 -3 weeks/month, if travel is required, which will be on need basis only ​Education, Experience and Skill -Set Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or (CFA level II + B.Com) – mandatoryFull -time MBA/ PGDM from a reputed institution (IIMs, ISB, MDI, SP Jain, FMS, XLRI etc.) – mandatoryPost -MBA experience preferably within Finance / Strategy teams; other domains may be considered if the candidate demonstrates strong financial acumenMinimum 2 years of total relevant work experienceStrong understanding of finance, numbers, and business fundamentalsExcellent problem -solving, analytical, and communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointExposure to strategy development, financial planning, performance measurement, or process improvement considered an added advantageProfessional certifications (e.g., CFA, Six Sigma) will be considered a plus
