Job Title: Internet Services Provider

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Location: Pune

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Sales Head / Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 2 to 4 years of experience in selling Internet Leased Lines, Broadband, and Enterprise Connectivity solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales within the telecom or ISP industry and should be capable of building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory for Internet services (Leased Lines, Corporate Broadband, SD-WAN, MPLS, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, SME, and institutional clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote services.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and pricing based on customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure feasibility and deployment timelines.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth.
  • Maintain CRM records, manage the sales pipeline, and report regular updates to management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in ISP/telecom sales, preferably with experience in enterprise or corporate sales / Channel Sales
  • Strong understanding of internet technologies (Leased Line, FTTH, MPLS, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred:

  • Existing client network in corporate or SME segment.
  • Work experience working with ISPs like Airtel, Tata, Reliance Jio, GTPL, Tikona, etc.
