The Role

We are looking for a Product Management intern who will help Bitscale:

  • Ship features that customers actually want and will pay for

  • Own parts of the product roadmap from discovery to launch

  • Bridge engineering, design, and go-to-market teams

What You'll Do

**Talk to Users & Identify Problems**

  • Conduct customer interviews and user research to find pain points

  • Shadow sales calls and support tickets to see where users struggle

  • Identify patterns in feedback and figure out what to build next

**Solutioning & Feature Design**

  • Take messy problems and turn them into clear, elegant solutions

  • Write detailed PRDs with use cases, edge cases, and acceptance criteria

  • Work with engineering and design to explore different approaches

  • Help prioritize roadmap using RICE, value vs. effort, and revenue impact

**Testing & Shipping**

  • Own thorough testing of features — functional tests, edge cases, UX flows

  • Break things intentionally to find bugs before customers do

  • Monitor feature adoption post-launch and iterate based on data

**Product Copy & Messaging**

  • Write all in-app copy — button labels, tooltips, error messages, empty states

  • Make complex features understandable through clear, concise microcopy

  • Create release notes and help docs that customers actually read

**Cross-Functional Work**

  • Coordinate with engineering during sprints to unblock issues

  • Partner with GTM teams to understand what features unlock deals

  • Present product updates and roadmap to internal teams

  • Track metrics and use data to defend or kill features

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed degree (B.Tech/MBA preferred)

  • Strong analytical thinking and comfortable with data

  • Excellent communicator — can explain complex ideas simply and write great copy

  • Customer-obsessed, you genuinely care about solving user problems

  • Understand how software works (don't need to code, but know what's hard vs easy)

  • Use a lot of SaaS products and have opinions on what makes them good

  • High ownership, move fast, comfortable with ambiguity

  • Detail-oriented tester who loves finding edge cases

  • Bonus: Built side projects, know SQL, or played with APIs

Location

  • Gurgaon, India (Hybrid/In-office)

  • Duration: 3-6 months with potential for full-time conversion
