Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth coordination across departments, manage project delivery timelines, and drive process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing creative teams and be capable of handling both people and processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams including video editors, scheduling coordinators, and creative staff.
  • Coordinate studio operations, project timelines, and video production deliverables.
  • Monitor and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate daily operational activities.
  • Identify bottlenecks and initiate process improvement strategies.
  • Maintain reports and dashboards to track project and team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
  • Support the leadership team with strategy execution and team alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in media, creative, or advertising agencies.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with operations tools and project tracking systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred

  • Experience managing creative production teams or video content projects.
  • Exposure to client servicing or educational content marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
