Whether youve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology, or youre looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.ResponsibilitiesOversee financial management and entries in JLL and Client systems, encompassing budget allocation, commitment tracking, and invoice processing Assist with financial reporting, as required Ensure accurate financial reconciliation during project closeout procedures Work with the project management team to complete project closeout related activities including obtaining required documentation and closeout approvals Maintain and update project-related data within JLL's Project Management System (AdaptiveWork) Collaborate with the project management team to identify and resolve financial issues across various projects Skillset RecommendationsAdaptiveWork familiarity Able to manage multiple projects/initiatives at once Experience in Project Coordination and/or Management Demonstrates initiative and rapid learning capabilities Ability to thrive in ambiguous and dynamic work environments Clear written and verbal skillset (ability to make the complex simple) Builds strong relationships across diverse teams and adapts communication style to align with company culture and values Promotes a positive, collaborative team environment by fostering trust and mutual respect Location On-site Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours 40 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all of the requirements.
