Job Description

Drive market assessments, product benchmarking, certification/compliance, and launch readiness for Room air conditioners, Deep freezers, Water coolers and tank chillers across Middle East, Africa & SAARC Markets.

  • Analyze brand positioning, market trends, and consumer preferences across target countries; deliver a consolidated insight report with recommendations.
  • Benchmark primary Split and Window AC categories vs. leading competitors on specs, price, performance, and failure trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross functional; proactively manage model continuity and communicate any discontinuations to the CFT to avoid disruptions.
  • Evaluate product suitability by specification, price, standards compliance, and target-segment fit in each market.
  • Prepare detailed specification comparisons for existing, alternate, and supplier proposed models to support portfolio decisions.
  • Review and verify internal and third party test reports to finalize the correct product under our brand.
  • Prepare product presentations on new launches highlighting features, advantages, and benefits for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Plan and secure CB Scheme and G Mark certifications per market; complete energy label applications for each market.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills (Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of international/regional compliance frameworks (CB, G Mark; energy labels).
  • Stakeholder management, supplier coordination, and clear communication.
  • Detail orientation with on time execution across multiple markets.
