Roles and Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization based on business goals and market needs.
  • Create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRD) with detailed workflows, wireframes, and user journeys.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement UI/UX screens, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Develop and maintain workflow diagrams for patient journeys, claim processes, and telehealth interactions.
  • Ensure integration with APIs, EHRs, and healthcare data systems while maintaining compliance
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), validate product functionality, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Monitor key metrics like user engagement, retention, and health outcomes to refine product strategy.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (tech, sales, operations) to drive product adoption and improvements.

Requirements Certification like CSPO/CCBA/PBA would be advantageous.

  • A minimum of Three years' experience in healthcare industry.
  • Understanding Clinical Workflows and operations.
  • Acquainted with Medical terminologies and processes.
  • Strong requirement elicitation skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Acumen for Screen design, mock screens, wireframes.
  • Strong attention to details and technicalities.
  • Excellent organizational and technical skills.
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

Expected Educational Qualification A Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BDS/BPT), Pharma (B.Pharm/M.Pharm) or Business Administration, MBA in Healthcare/Hospital Management or equivalent
