We are looking for an experienced Cutover & Deployment Lead to manage the end-to-end cutover and deployment activities for a large-scale ERP implementation. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the new ERP platform, minimizing disruption and ensuring business continuity.

What will you do?

• Develop and own the detailed ERP cutover strategy and integrated cutover plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Coordinate and align on cutover activities with functional leads, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure readiness.
• Lead mock cutovers and dress rehearsals to validate cutover steps and contingency plans.

• Oversee deployment activities including data migration, system configuration, and go-live execution.
• Ensure alignment with business operations and IT infrastructure.
• Lead cutover rehearsals and dry runs to identify potential issues and ensure readiness for the actual cutover.
• Monitor and manage the cutover process, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the cutover, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
• Document the cutover process, including lessons learned.
• Provide post-cutover support and ensure that all systems are functioning as expected. Manage hypercare support and stabilization post go-live.

 Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the central point of contact for all cutover and deployment communications.
• Facilitate workshops, readiness reviews, and daily stand-ups during cutover.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and program governance.

• Identify and mitigate risks related to cutover and deployment.
• Develop fallback and rollback procedures.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and ERP vendor guidelines

Experience, Education and other Required:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in IT program delivery, with 3+ years in ERP cutover/deployment leadership.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP.
• Strong understanding of data migration, business process transformation, and system integration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in multi-country or multi-site ERP rollouts.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Knowledge of change management and business readiness practices.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
