Job description :

  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Work with the team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications
  • Evaluate client or company needs, develop project strategies, and create visual elements for ad campaigns
  • Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
  • Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas
  • Determine which artistic elements to use; articulate the vision to their team; review and approve copy, designs, or photography
  • Lead, manage, mentor and delegate responsibilities to the video editors, motion graphics designers and other designers to provide directions
  • Create performance metrics for the team members and evaluate and measure their performance on a regular basis
  • Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
  • Present completed ideas to clients/team members
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up to date with the latest marketing techniques
  • Assist clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements.
  • Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions
  • To improve and align the art and creative design team processes
  • Establishing budgets and timelines and delivering the finished campaign within those parameters. Troubleshooting design, staff, or process problems as they arise
  • Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meets clients requirements
  • Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, and other relevant fields
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in creative process, motion graphics, graphic design, and brand development
  • Proficient in Video Editing and Graphic Design.
  • Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or other visual design and wire framing tools
  • Powerful writing and verbal skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, establish priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure quality and accuracy of work
  • Strong leadership skills and organization skills
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models
  • Must be a creative and strategic thinker
