We are seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Functional Consultant to lead ERP implementations, business process analysis, and system customization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to configure, test, and optimize Odoo solutions, ensuring seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements to align them with Odoo functionalities.
  • Configure, implement, and customize Odoo modules as per business needs.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
  • Work closely with development teams to define technical requirements.
  • Provide functional expertise, troubleshooting, and process improvement recommendations.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and best practices.
  • Ensure successful data migration and system integration.
  • Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation and consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Expertise in business process mapping and system configuration.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
  • Knowledge of Odoo development, APIs, and third-party integrations (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Odoo Functional Certification (preferred).
  • Experience in handling ERP projects across various industries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
