We are seeking a dynamic and client-oriented Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, conducting product demos, implementing functional configurations, and ensuring smooth product adoption. This role bridges the gap between clients and the technical team, ensuring successful delivery and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed product demos and presentations for clients and prospects.
  • Understand business requirements and suggest appropriate product configurations.
  • Perform basic customizations such as branding, field updates, and workflow adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to handle advanced functional or integration needs.
  • Train clients to effectively use the product and support them during implementation.
  • Provide post-implementation functional support and collect feedback for improvements.
  • Analyze client issues and recommend suitable functional solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
  • Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of web applications and business process workflows.
  • Prior experience in functional consulting, product implementation, or customer success roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge ofZoho, ERP systems, or similar business software is a plus.
