Job Summary:

The Head of Sales Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing the company's entire sales process—from strategy to execution. The role ensures that sales teams are well-structured, target-driven, and supported with data, tools, and processes to maximize revenue and efficiency. This leader plays a critical role in driving consistent sales performance and aligning operations with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve organizational revenue and growth targets.

  • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team across multiple locations.
